The biggest difference will be the next gen features of the PS5 including fast loading, haptics, and 3D audio support. The PS5 version will have graphical improvements over the PS4 version, but the gameplay and visual style will remain the same.

I have the digital deluxe edition. How do I access the soundtrack? (PS4 Sound Track App)
The sound track app is very limited in features and only allows for delivery of the files to an external hard drive or USB. It is a PS4 application that works on both the PS4 and PS5. It will operate correctly with a USB inserted.
Create a folder named “Music” in the root directory of your external hard drive or USB
Connect the external hard drive or USB to the PS5
Launch the application and transfer files
Close the application
Once transferred, you can play back the files from the USB or transfer them to your internal PS5 storage!
